Beef is processed at a USDA Inspected facility - Atlas in Fort Collins.

DEPOSIT IS PER QUARTER. PLEASE CHOOSE QUANTITY 2 for half, QUANTITY 4 for whole.

Our beef hang 800-1,000 pounds. We will contact you with weights and let you choose your weight.

Beef are grain finished, but we do have 100% grass fed. Please call us and we can get a date just for grass fed.

Quarters - $4.05/ pound on the hanging weight.

Half - $3.95/ pound on the hanging weight.

Whole - $3.85/ pound on the hanging weight.

*YOU PAY PROCESSING - roughly $1.15/ pound

*You pickup from the processor - in Fort Collins

*Delivery back to the farm stand available

*Deposit due now to secure your spot, the balance is due within 2 days of doing your cut sheet. a $20 late fee will be assessed after 2 days.

Processing is paid to the processor at the time of pickup.
We will call you to get your cut sheet filled out

**It will take approximately 14-18 days from the date you select for your beef to be processed** So if you select January 1 as your date, your beef will go to the butcher on Jan 1. You will pickup approx Jan 15-18th.

To choose a half - choose 2 quarters. To choose a whole, choose 4 quarters.

For example-
Your Beef hanging weight is 800 pounds

For a quarter - that is a hanging weight of 200 pounds
200 pounds x $3.95 = $790 (owed to us - your deposit is included in total owed)

200 pounds x $1.15 = $230 processing fee paid to the butcher when you pickup

All Beef is Grass fed/ grain finished. If you would like 100% Grass fed/ finished, please choose the grass fed option.

Grass fed $4.50/lb on the hanging weight plus processing
